Shipping Policy

The Mural Source is focused on delivering its customers a unique, high-quality made-to-order product. These made-to-order products are not stocked, and ship in a time reflective of the production process. The standard shipping times are as follows:

  • Printed Murals and Repeats: 4 to 5 weeks
  • Printed Art Pieces: 2 weeks
  • Printed Samples: 1 to 3 business days

All shipping times exclude weekends and specific, advertised holidays. Shipping times are estimates of when products leave our facility. All wall-covering orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and take, on average, 5 to 7 business days to arrive once handled by the carrier. Samples are shipped via USPS Smartpost and take, on average, 3 to 5 business days to arrive once handled by the carrier. Any shipments that must be shipped via FedEx Freight will be subject to case-by-case shipping occurrences, which will be communicated to you by our team.

Orders will be accepted through our website 24/7. In-office team members will be available to assist with placing an order during our business hours via email and phone. Our business hours are M-Th, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Fridays 8 AM to 12 PM. All emails received outside of normal business hours will be addressed in the order of which they are received.

Free Shipping (To domestic U.S.)

We offer free shipping to the continental U.S. on all orders. A minimum order value of $25 USD is required to qualify for free shipping. The continental United States comprises the lower 48 states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands). During checkout, a customer in the continental U.S. has the ability to purchase an expedited shipping method in lieu of the default Free Shipping method. This will waive the offered free shipping, and all costs associated with the expedited shipping method will be charged to the customer at checkout.

International Shipping (From U.S.)

We are able to ship to most international addresses from our office located in the state of Virginia, United States. If your country has experienced shipping complications from the United States in the past, please confirm with our team that your order is deliverable before purchase. Duties and taxes applicable to shipments outside of the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer receiving the product. Shipments not needing to be shipped as freight will be shipped via FedEx economy shipping methods unless specified by the customer. All shipping methods will be charged to the customer when shipping international, and any expedited shipping cost increase will be included in this charge.

 

Return & Sale Policy

As stated in the shipping policy, we are focused on delivering our customers a unique, high-quality made-to-order product. As these orders are made specifically for certain rooms and projects, The Mural Source does not accept any return of wall-covering purchases. This includes printed wall murals, art prints, repeat wallpapers, and special blank grounds. Any damage claims should be directed to our customer service team in a timely manner after the product is received.

In the event The Mural Source runs a promotion shortly after placing an order, the difference can be applied to your account as store credit. To receive store credit, your order must have been placed within one month of the beginning of the sale. To receive store credit for affected orders, please contact The Mural Source regarding the order(s).

If you received a quote during a sale period that has now ended, The Mural Source will honor the sale price reflected in your quote up to 30 days after the sale ends. Please present proof of quote to your sales rep to receive this promotional price.
